Michael Bellicher wakes up one morning to find that he is robbed of his identity. Soon he learns that the perpetrator is using his stolen ID for all kinds of illegal dealings. When Michael tries to find out who is behind all of this, his papers show up at the scene of a big terrorist attack. All of a sudden he is public enemy number one.
