Sunny Side Up

Each winter on one of the Dutch Islands the mysterious and ancient festival of Sunderum is celebrated. Non-islanders are forced to leave as prying eyes are not wanted on the island.
Daan and Judith are an Amsterdam couple who happen to celebrate their seventh anniversary of their happy relationship on the island on this very weekend. When the young city-dwellers refuse to leave it soon becomes clear that they will not only have to face the angry islanders. As tension on the island rises, Daan and Judith are forced to face their own demons.
